David T Cenci D.C., M.S.
Dr. Cenci is a lifetime resident of Dingmans Ferry, Pa. and former graduate of Delaware Valley High School. After completing an internship at Park City Primary Care Center in Bridgeport, Ct., he graduated in 2013 from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic Summa cum laude with highest honors. He also holds a Masters degree in Human Nutrition.
A lifetime advocate of health and physical fitness, Cenci found the Chiropractic health field to be the perfect addition to his convictions for natural alternatives to maintain the health of the body. As a patient himself, he learned at an early age that maintaining the structural integrity of the spine was a key ingredient to achieving his maximum level of health, naturally. He found that by adding regular Chiropractic check ups, to keep his spine aligned, with the combination of eating correctly and staying physically fit, he was able to sustain a higher level of health. Chiropractic care became part of his regular health maintenance routine. Therefore, when he entered East Stroudsburg University to attain his Bachelors degree, it did not take him long to decide to pursue a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic and share with others the amazing health results that can be attained through Chiropractic care.
While attending Chiropractic College, Cenci was the Director of Public Affairs of the Student Government and 2nd vice president of Student Public Affairs for the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Occupational Health and Applied Ergonomics. For his service and outstanding grades, he was awarded a Volunteer Scholarship. He also holds several postgraduate certifications in the Graston Technique, Sole Supports Orthotics and American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid. He is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association.
For over a year, Dr. Cenci has worked alongside Dr. Edward Hartey and the rest of the staff at the Hartey Chiropractic Center. Dr. Hartey, who has practiced in Matamoras for approximately 30 years, was thrilled to have the gifted young doctor join his practice. He went on to say that he was proud to see Dr. Cenci excel in college and now he sees him doing the same in practice, “The patients have already grown to love Dr. Dave, as they refer to him, and look forward to seeing him in the office.” As Dr. Cenci explained, “It was the perfect transition for me to join Dr. Hartey since I have interned with him several times while attending college. I already know most of the current patients and I am very familiar with their health history, so it just seemed like I belonged here from day one and the patients are very comfortable with me since they have known me for years.” For two years, Dr. Cenci also practiced weekends at the Cicchini Chiropractic Center in Blackwood, NJ, one of the largest Chiropractic practices in South Jersey.
On June 1st, 2015, Dr. Cenci opened his own practice and has since relocated to 306 West Harford Street, Milford, Pa, 18337. He is very happy to be setting up practice in his hometown area where he will be able to include his family and friends under his care.
